Most of those refused payment of the 25 per cent balance on their MM Property Fund investment were told that they had not previously sought the bank’s advice.
This is ludicrous, if not deceitful. When a serious bank notifies its loyal clients of any fund’s launching, it is implicitly advising them to consider investing in it. When they do, it must be presumed that they automatically heeded the bank’s advice.
