Many do! An hour at the gym or practising a particular sport helps you to unwind and clear your mind. That's why we should encourage more people to practise sports. It's a matter of self-discipline and time management. There is no magical wand involved. Many use your excuse and just look at the amount of obese people around due to this mentality.

Come on! I dont agree with JM politically because he kept MLP's old people around him. But his openness in showing he is exercising is 10/10 and giving an example to everybody! You shouldn't criticise an effort ever!

it's only about choosing between a leader who is intent on 'personal' image (ego) building......and another who is dedicating almost all his life for the good of ALL us Maltese......like this week when while Dr. Gonzi was around the negotiating table for hours on end managing to obtain for us all €1.12 billion on the other hand Dr. Muscat was having a good time seeing the Carnival floats...!

All Lawrence Gonzi fought for in the last five years was to excuse his ministers from one gaffe or another and as regards what we got from the EU, we got our share like others did and that's all and there is no one to thank for that. When are we going to stop this servile attitude.

Yes, Andre Bugeja, that is precisely it. Joseph Muscat is inept, lacks credibility and, like his predecessor Alfred Sant, if entrusted with the reins of government will destroy in a few short months all that Lawrence Gonzi and the PN built up over the years.

there is a reason why JM speaks English and LG doesn't.
Its the same reasoning behind as the blue ties, the change of flags, the change in name from Labour party to 'movement', the above videos and general change in image to appeal to a class of people that Labour was never associated with.
Having said that, he is pulling it off pretty well.
The issue is that it is probably only aesthetic
