Global College Malta (GCM), a provider of internationally reputed degree programmes, is offering six free management courses to business professionals.

The six courses will be offered at no charge for middle and senior management to celebrate the inauguration of the college, which will officially open at Smart City Malta in September.

Ideal for managers seeking to hone their people management and soft skills, the courses cover: emotional intelligence, cross-cultural competence, creativity and innovation, critical conversation, diversity and inclusion and supervisory skills.

The courses will be delivered by Ashok Srivastava, senior lecturer at GCM. He has over 30 years’ experience in HR management and business communication. He has taught marketing, HRM, strategic management and business communication in MBA programmes.

In addition, he is a certified management trainer from US-based Huma-Next, a premier management training and consultancy organisation.

In today’s economic environment where countries compete on the basis of human capital, both Global College Malta and Smart City Malta recognise that strengthening the HR pool is a key component in fuelling the growth of knowledge industries in Malta.

Smart City Malta aims to create a dedicated education cluster where international students, institutes of various educational fields and hiring companies all operate within a synergetic business environment – creating a network of opportunities.

The management courses will be offered from February 20 to 27, between 6 and 9pm at the college campus at Smart City Malta.

The institute’s degree courses are to start in September.
