On February 5, at Mater Dei Hospital, ALFRED of Żejtun, residing at Fgura, ex-fitter at Malta Drydocks, widower of Melina, aged 72, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church and surrounded by his family. He leaves to mourn his loss his loving children Simone and her partner Sandro and Kevin and his wife Mariosa, his beloved grandsons Melvin and Nicholas, his brother Dr George Vella and his wife Miriam, his sister Violet, widow of Gaetano Grech, his in-laws Josephine and John Attard, Victor and Carmen Scerri and Vince and Julie Scerri, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends.
