Interview with Marilu' Vella
A petite and charming graduate in theatre studies, one wouldn’t expect Marilù Vella to run her own full-time business in making pastizzi (savoury pastries). From preparing the pastry, to baking, to delivery and creating innovative fillings for the traditional Maltese delicacy, Vella does it all by herself. It is her full-time business now and she is planning to go much further with it.

The most important thing to keep in mind is to keep the product good as you started even when in the near future your business grows. In other words, do not let the Quantity overcomes the Quality. Good luck.
