University Junior College students currently taking part in the Comenius partnership project, The Art of Living, recently visited Europe House, the European Parliament representation office in Valletta, where they took part in an interactive briefing on the EU, hosted by Peter Agius, head of the information office.
Dr Agius spoke about ways the EU affects our daily lives, consumer rights and its official languages. The students later participated in a quiz about the EU.
The students were accompanied by the project’s co-ordinator Boryana Chaneva, who also runs the college’s Eurocentre, and Mark Debono and Riccardo Flask, two lecturers involved in the project.
