• Prices of goods must be indicated in an unambiguous, easily identifiable, and clearly legible manner.

• Products sold by unit weight or volume must be indicated with the actual price and the unit price.

• Where there is more than one item of the same kind, size, type or brand, it is legally sufficient to show the price on just one of these items or somewhere close.

• Indicated prices must be displayed in euros and should include VAT and any other taxes or charges.

• Lack of price indication should be reported to the Enforcement Directorate at the Office for Consumer Affairs.
