Joseph Muscat this evening asked the Prime Minister again whether all Enemalta reports on power generation have been published.

Interviewed by Miriam Dalli in Santa Lucija, the Labour leader said that twice in the past week, the government admitted it had failed to release reports related to the energy sector.

The two reports were published after persistent questioning, Dr Muscat added.

"This morning the government released another report on the gas pipeline which it said was forgotten. But again I ask the Prime Minister: are you sure that all reports have been published?"

Dr Muscat did not elaborate on which report he was referring to.

On the oil procurement commissions allegations, Dr Muscat said the way the Prime Minister replied when asked by journalists this morning whether he was ever made aware of the alleged corruption raised more questions than were answered.

Dr Gonzi earlier today categorically condemned any act of corruption and said he did not remember ever being warned about Frank Sammut, who is at the centre of Enemalta corruption claims.

Dr Muscat reiterated his party's proposals to remove the time-bar on corruption cases by politicians and introduce a whistleblower act that protects whistleblowers from prosecution when their evidence is self-incriminating.

On pensions, Dr Muscat said the key to not raising the retirement age was to raise the participation of women in the labour market and bring about economic growth.

He also said that the provision of homes for the disabled in the community would be the hallmark of a Labour government.

He added that parents of disabled children had to put their minds at rest that their children would be cared for even after the parents die.

The Labour leader ended by appealing for unity. "Let us break the vicious circle of retribution. We will fix injustices without creating new ones and this will be the biggest gift we give our children in this generation."
