Report on rights of children
Malta has presented its second report on the status of children’s rights to the United Nation’s Committee on the Rights of the Child in Geneva.
The report outlined the Government’s “ongoing commitment” in striving to safeguard children’s rights and spoke about legislation and projects undertaken in order to ensure they are protected.
The report was presented by a delegation of representatives from several ministries and government departments.
Malta ratified the convention in 1990 and is obliged to submit regular reports on how the rights are being implemented.

Just so long as the abortionists who degrade human life to a mere commodity do not get a hold in Malta there will still be children to be born in the first place - starting with the right to life. Please spare me the extreme cases etc etc. Unborn humans are not meaningless bundles of cells and there can be no doubt that life begins at conception. It is up to us to live and indeed let live!
