We know that energy bills are made up of different charges: service charge for electricity and water meters; consumption for both; and an eco reduction.

Can the Labour Party kindly specify on what the 25 per cent reduction is going to be?

Is it on the whole bill? Is it on the total consumption? Is it on the consumption less the eco reduction? Or is it going to be on the total bill less the service charges and less the eco reduction?
