A court case that was due to be heard today was postponed because the accused is missing.

Terence Gialanze, 24, was meant to be charged with possession of cannabis and ecstasy.

He was caught on September 26, 2011 driving a white Bentley with plates pertaining to his BMW X5, which was at his mechanic’s garage being repaired following a car crash.

A car belonging to Mr Gialanze was found in Qawra on December 3, almost a week after he went missing.
