AD launches its electoral campaign

Alternattiva Demokratika this morning launched its electoral campaign and presented its candidates.

Michael Briguglio, AD Chairperson, said: "AD is proud to have candidates contesting in all electoral districts. Our candidates are all committed to AD's policies. With us one knows where one stands, and our representation in parliament will ensure a responsible and consistent approach to the country’s challenges.

"Instead of political pique, AD represents consistency, responsibility and progressive politics."

He said that next Saturday, AD would approve the most progressive manifesto for the general election, which focuses on all policy areas, giving clear priority to social justice, civil rights, environmental justice and sustainable development.

Disagreeing with AD is one thing. Lying is another. AD got 1.31% of the vote, much more than the difference between PN and PL.

Wrong.

AD criticized the PL because of their stand AGAINST treating gays equally by denying them the right to marry.

On the power station it's because the PL is being unrealistic not because it's powered with gas. AD had been for gas much before the PL.
