Career opportunities after studying applied food and nutritional sciences
Interview with Tatiana Mogileva Grixti
Tatiana Mogileva Grixti
After visiting Health Awareness Day organised by members of the Malta Health Students’ Organisation last month in Sliema, The Zone decided to shed more light on the new course in applied food and nutritional sciences offered for the first time this year by the University of Malta.
Specifically, The Zone scouted one of the course’s students for an interview to gain insight into the course objectives and the professional paths one can take once the course is completed.
Tatiana Mogileva Grixti is only a first year student in the BSc.course in Applied Food and Nutritional Sciences but she has already realised the unexplored (and still unoccupied) professional niche her course is leading her to.

I wish Tatiana and all students reading this course the best of luck in their future profession.
Awareness on new courses is definitely needed so that aspiring University students can make a better informed decision when enrolling to tertiary education and the general public can approach the most specialised and professional care available to tackle their challenges.
