Auxiliary Bishop Charles Scicluna recently paid a visit to the Gozo diocese at the invitation of Gozo Bishop Mario Grech.

During his visit Mgr Scicluna led a half-day spiritual exercise for priests at the Cathedral annex based on his episcopal motto Fidelis et Verax (Loyal and Faithful). Mgr Scicluna also led a concelebrated Mass at the Cathedral.

Before Mass Mgr Scicluna, together with Mgr Grech, said prayers on the tombs of Gozo Bishops Ġużeppi Pace and Nikol Cauchi, who are buried in the Cathedral.

At the end of the Mass Mgr Scicluna was presented with a gold ring with the icon of Our Lady of Ta’ Pinu by Mgr Grech on behalf of the diocese.
