Youths on The Zone
Tomorrow, two new video interviews of the following youths will be uploaded on The Zone at www.timesofmalta.com/thezone.
At only 25, Jean-Marc Cafa is proud to have become head of young people’s strategy at St James Cavalier. Trained at Guildford School of Acting, Cafa has tried his hand at nearly everything in the theatre – from acting to helping direct scenes at Shakespeare’s Globe and Jackdaws Music Education Trust.
His personal background and the rich experience he gained while studying in London has created a multi-faceted personality, a person one likes to be next to and get inspired by. Watch the interview with Cafa tomorrow on The Zone.
What is it like to work in a Human Resources department? Working with people can be challenging, but it is even more so when one’s role is to decide on the perfect candidate for a vacancy post. Hiring people, inspiring people and managing people is one of the hardest things to do for a living.
Josianne Grima is still in a junior position but is already learning the role of a Human Resources executive. See what the responsibilities for this job are, the qualifications required and the challenges an HR executive is faced with, especially if you are considering HR as your own career path.
Get heard and share your own experiences with others. Tell them about your career choice, what it takes to get where you are, the ups and downs you experience, and offer advice to those who are still uncertain about what they want to do in the future.
To be interviewed for The Zone, send an e-mail with a brief description of your career, talent, or a social issue you would like to discuss. Alternatively, you can send your own video. Send a low-resolution version of your file to firstname.lastname@example.org.
