Having completed numerous successful projects over the past 10 years, Exigy wanted to take its commitment to quality and excellence a step further by pursuing ISO 9001:2008.

Exigy’s constant investment in its people, processes and service delivery models has earned the company the ISO accreditation for the provision of software solutions, awarded by the international certification body Moody.

Being one of the most widely known standards, recognised in 162 countries worldwide, such an accreditation is an international reference for quality management practices in business-to-business relations.

ISO 9001 requires a company to possess adequate capabilities that enable the delivery of high-quality services by following well-defined processes and ensuring the continual improvement of service delivery systems. The standard covers all aspects of a business that contribute to service quality and a satisfactory client experience.

“Having achieved the ISO certification means we have a mature quality management system in place, holding the right mix of processes, resources and skills to deliver high-quality solutions”, said Francois Grech, executive director at Exigy.

“We take great pride in such an achievement that has been an important milestone for the company, particularly in view of our commitment to expand our international business.”

Now in its 10th year of operations, Exigy holds in high regard the commitment to quality management standards, considered as the main pillar for competitiveness and readiness to internationalise.
