Aiesec, the world’s largest youth-run organisation, runs two exchange programmes to offer students a chance to gain leadership skills during their studies by leading a project or working in major companies.
Participants in the Global Community Development Programme work on a voluntary basis for six to 12 weeks while those on the Global Internship Programme do professional work for 68 to 72 weeks in global companies that are partners of Aiesec, such as Google.
The programmes enable students to have a positive impact on society, explore different cultures and gain a competitive edge for future jobs.
Aiesec Malta is holding information sessions on these programmes on Wednesday at noon and every fortnight thereafter at the Aiesec office at Student House on the University campus. Those interested in further details are invited to attend a session or visit www.aiesec malta.org, call 2340 2195 or lookup Facebook www.facebook.com/aiesecmalta.
