Joseph, what so wrong with Gonzi`s expression? I see a political leader who suffered a budget defeat and fall of his cabinet, yet is defiant and reaches out to his supporters. Its a bitter- sweet/ happy-sad expression that tells perfectly what have happened. I think its a great image, worth of thousand words!

This picture shown here is definitely not the 'picture of the week' unless for all the wrong reasons.
How can you put a smirk on your face (as opposed to a brave look) when you just had a mauling and a drubbing to go with it?
The pathetic look of the decade would be mild!
