Pleads not guilty to holding man, 81, against his will
A 33-year-old man from Paola was remanded in custody after he pleaded not guilty to holding an 81-year-old man against his will.
Anthony Grima was also charged with being in possession of a knife without a police licence and stealing to the detriment of his victim.
He also pleaded not guilty to breaching bail conditions.
Admits to injuring a person
A 33-year-old man from Valletta was conditionally discharged for two years after he pleaded guilty to causing injuries of a grievous nature and damaging a car.
Jean Pierre Baldacchino also admitted threatening and attacking a person and breaching the peace.

I wonder why are these violent relapsers are out of jail and free to find new victims on the streets.
