Training managers and members of the corporate human resources team of Corinthia Hotels travelled to Malta to attend a three-day Seven Habits of Highly Effective People training programme.

Participants will be able to train staff

Participants later attended an intensive day of facilitation training, enabling them to train staff within Corinthia in the Seven Habits principles of personal development.

The managers, led by chief officer for organisation development and human resources Franco Valletta, came from Corinthia hotels in London, St Petersburg, Prague, Lisbon, Khartoum, Tripoli, the three Malta hotels and head office.

Sessions were led by Jimmy Naudi, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and an accredited Franklin Covey facilitator, at the Corinthia Palace Hotel and Spa, Attard. Mr Naudi led discussions during which group and plenary sessions highlighted numerous learning points.

“We are excited about the relationship we are building with Corinthia Hotels and we are actively looking to deepen and broaden its scope,” Mr Naudi said.

Franklin Covey’s local franchise holders are Achieve Business Consultancy and Training.
