A few days ago, I picked up a route timetable from Arriva’s information kiosk at the terminus in Valletta.

On the back of the leaflet there was printed: “Simply send an SMS with your bus stop number and instantly receive the bus numbers and times passing of the next buses passing by.”

That’s great, I said to myself.

However, after sending an SMS, I could not obtain the information. On contacting Arriva’s customer care, I was told: “Sorry, the service is not yet functioning...”

Exactly, what does function with Arriva Malta Ltd?
