David Pace has been appointed director of KPMG’s advisory function, focusing on transactions and restructuring. Mr Pace joined KPMG in 2002 and has worked on numerous assignments locally and overseas.
He has gained significant experience in assisting clients with the raising of debt and equity finance, and the valuation of shares and businesses. He is actively involved in assisting with on business negotiations and has a lead role in the firm’s merger and acquisition service offering. He has participated in vendor and buy-side due diligence assignments.
Mr Pace holds an Executive MBA from ENPC School of International Management, Paris, with the University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the University of Malta.
He is a fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, a council member of Junior Achievement (Young Enterprise) Malta Foundation, and a past president of JCI Malta.
