different taxes and fees. It's the same if you fly from any airport, the opposite trip will be a different price. For example London - Frankfurt - London on Lufthansa is a different price compared to Frankfurt - London - Frankfurt on the same date and similar times.

I should have made it clearer, I meant the differance in administration costs.
10 Euro per person each way (Euro 40) for booking in Malta
10 GBP per person each way (£40) for booking in UK

Funny, I managed to fly last month for €160 incl taxes return to London. Business class is always around €700 no matter when you book, so sorry to say that I don't think your story is very accurate to say the least.

Just read you paid this for 2 tickets. However, again, I managed to fly for half that price, so if you're not prepared to be flexible on dates, you pay more, the same with any airline. You obviously couldn't find a lower priced alternative even with Easyjet otherwise you surely would have booked with them? Low cost airlines are only so if you book months in advance as this example shows.

'People' are sometimes only interested in what they see up to the end of their noses. That's why they are not in boardrooms.
