Marsascala council recently issued a booklet entitled Yes, I am from Marsascala for schoolchildren from the village. Aimed at pupils in Year 5 and 6, it is written by Raymond Xerri and lists historic sites and places of importance to the village, accompanied by pictures which can be coloured by the pupils. Information on each site is both in Maltese and English. Photo shows Marsascala mayor Mario Calleja distributing copies of the booklet to schoolchildren from the village. On the right is Dr Xerri.
