Hamas military leader buried as airstrikes continue
Despite ongoing airstrikes, over a thousand Gazans take to the streets for the funeral of Hamas military leader Ahmed Al-Jaabari this morning.
he was killed in an Israeli airstrike yesterday as Israel launched a major offensive against Palestinian militants.
Across Gaza another 13 people also lost their lives.
Jaabari's body was taken towards Gaza's main mosque for burial.
In retaliation, Hamas continued to fire rockets into southern Israel, leaving at least three Israelis dead.
The escalating attacks have shattered hopes that a true could pull the two sides back from the brink of war.
The United Nations Security Council has called for the violence to stop.

This is a tragedy which however may simply have lost its power to outrage through familiarity. In this latest episode, 13 people have lost their lives in Gaza and three in Israel. Several questions arise. It should be patently clear however – at least to outside observers and governments – that the question “Who was more to blame on this occasion?” will not, and will never, lead anywhere.

As the realities dictate : THE UNITED NATIONS ARE NEITHER UNITED NOR DO THEY REPRESENT NATIONS - THE UN IS MAINLY A CIRCLE COMPOSED OF INNER CIRCLES ALL PROTECTING THEIR PERSPECTIVE PARTICULAR INTERESTS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD SHOULD UNITE, ABOLISH ALL ARMIES & DEFENCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MANAGE THE WORLD AS A GLOBAL FAMILY ------------------ Cosmic Divinity from the book : UNITED HUMANITY.
