MSSF’s Darmanin acquires coaching ‘C’ licence

Lawrence Darmanin, an active member of the Malta Shooting Sport Federation (MSSF), recently completed with success an international ‘C’ Course in rifle coaching.

Darmanin was one of 38 coaches accepted for this course which was conducted by the International Shooting Sport Federation at its academy sports centre in Kuortane, Finland.

The week-long course covered rifle shooting techniques, modern training methods, shooting sport science and the presentation of a thesis by each participant in their respective disciplines.

Coaching licence certificates were presented to the successful candidates by course director Kimmo Yli Jaskari.

Darmanin’s participation was made possible through the support of the Kunsill Malti għall-iSport and the MSSF.
