Back in the limelight (2)
I do not know whether Manuel Delia was including our public transport system in his interview when he spoke about how Malta was modernised. If he was, it is obvious that he has never waited at a bus stop, only for the bus not to turn up.
To my knowledge this never happened under the previous public transport system.

The Bus 204 from M'Scala to University is marked on Arriva website as arriving at Mater Dei at 5 mins past the hour. Dont these experts realise that lectures at University start on the hour and students are arriving late for lectures or not even bothering to use the 204 bus. The 204 needs to leave M'Scala at quarter to the hour if students hope to arrive on time for Lectures.
