Students awarded scholarships

The Malta Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce recently presented scholarships to the following 18 students to continue furthering their studies at the society in the following areas:

Art: Jeremy Dimech, Amy Galdes, Gabriel Borg, Angela Cassar, Rose Abdilla Castillo, Benny Curmi, Antonella Fenech, Alison O’Toole and Maria Cauchi.

Embroidery: Maria Cassar and Maria Sciberras.

Malta lace: Melanie Pace Lupi, Marthese Farrugia and Maryrose Sultana.

Music: Rebecca Bianco (guitar), Claire Grima (pianoforte), Franklyn Sciberras (pianoforte) and Anne Grima (violin).
