Marketing firm launches corporate insight tools

Corporate Identities, the marketing and communications advisor, has unveiled a suite of research tools to help businesses collect detailed information on customers and their consumption trends, packaged as Corporate Insight.

The new product is designed to give businesses the detailed information they need through surveys that help them understand factors such as their position in the market, customer experience audits, customer satisfaction evaluation, brand health analysis, competition analysis and campaign evaluations, audience rating analysis and assistance on business planning and development.

Mrieħel-based Corporate Identities specialises in the creation and implementation of media strategies and campaigns using an integrated strategic approach based on the benefits of market-oriented research and competitive analysis. These capabilities are supported by customer analysis and public relations.

“Markets are becoming increasingly complex, and brand loyalty is much harder to retain and protect,” managing director Jesmond Saliba said.

“Businesses must be properly armed with the appropriate mar­ket knowledge to be able to appeal and attract new customers effec­tively and creatively.”
