International basketball referee Bernard Vassallo received another FIBA nomination following a busy summer where he officiated four EuroBasket 2013 qualifiers.

On Wednesday, Vassallo will control the FIBA EuroLeague Group A match in Czech Republic between hosts Brno and Polish outfit Krakow.

The two sides will be looking for their first win after both lost on the opening day of the competition away from home.

Brno succumbed to a narrow 70-72 defeat in Hungary against Gyor and Krakow went down at French powerhouse Bourges 55-61.

The officiating team headed by Vassallo for Wednesday’s match at Brno’s Mestska Spor-tovni Hala, will also include Matej Spendl (Slovenia) and Ciprian Stoica (Romania).
