An authentic medieval meal at University

A medieval meal will be served in the Senior Common Room, University House, on Saturday at 1pm, as part of Discover University 2012. The price of the meal is €25.

The event, organised by the Institute of Tourism, Travel and Culture, aims to illustrate the kind of recipes that were popular in medieval times and recreate a culinary experience of times past. The meal will be based on researched documents and archived data so as to be as close as possible to the original.
