Hard Rock Cafe of Valletta, St Julian’s and Malta International Airport is adding three main concepts to its food-offering flavours – fresh is first, legendary is king and smoking is the key:

Fresh – Hard Rock chefs are taking their obsession with high-quality, earth-friendly ingredients seriously. Items are always fresh and made from scratch every day.

Legendary – the burgers the brand has been serving for four decades are nothing short of legendary. With all options featuring 10 ounces of delectable beef, now Hard Rock has enhanced its legendary experience menu with the chicken option.

Guests can substitute their burger with a half pound of grilled chicken breast.

Smokehouse – with a smoker in every location, chefs are masters at bringing out the most delectable rustic wood-smoke flavour.

“Just like the exhilarating musical performances that take place in our cafes, we wanted to turn the volume up on our menu options, serving only the best ingredients and flavourful recipes to our guests,” said Hard Rock’s executive chef Jason Gronlund.

Some of the new dishes include Goat Cheese Chicken Salad Sandwich, Beer Battered Fish and Chips, Shang Hi Smokehouse Sandwich, South Carolina Smokehouse Sandwich, The Texan Smokehouse Sandwich and Smokehouse Chop Salad.
