The price of a litre of diesel has gone up by 1c while a litre of unleaded petrol is 2c cheaper from today, Enemalta said yesterday.

The corporation said the new rates reflect prices it fetched for the latest shipments of imported fuel.

A litre of petrol is €1.51 while a litre of diesel is €1.38.

The price of kerosene also rose by 1c per litre and can now be bought at €1.38 a litre.

Throughout October, the price of diesel was already 1c dearer than in September, while this the second 1c drop in a row in the price of petrol.
