Melita has unveiled a website targeting its growing business customer base at http://business.melita.com .

Part of a wider effort aimed at enhancing Melita’s offering for business customers, the portal features useful navigation, clearly presented information for small businesses or larger organisations. The site also offers a range of support information for troubleshooting and a library of business resources from productivity apps to useful technical and telecoms reading resources.

A one-stop-shop contact number – 2727 3535 – has been set up for business customers. The team managing this new helpline will handle all business queries relating to billing, account management, sales and technical support using specialist resources. Melita has also designed new business internet bundles, which have priority over entry-level residential packages and take full advantage of Melita’s international connection to Level 3 in Milan. Melita is now the only operator with a point of presence in Milan and directly connected to a Tier 1 international operator.
