Mens sana in corpore sano - what it's like to be an athlete
Interview with Daniel Fenech
Daniel Fenech
Mens sana in corpore sano – a sound mind in a healthy body. Daniel is the epitome of the Latin quote.
You don’t have to do only one thing or another. You don’t have to sacrifice or at least see it as one. It all follows that the more you work out and keep your body healthy the better you will perform in your mental work.
And when it comes to social and personal life? Daniel finds the time for that quite easily. Watch his video and run to the track to try for yourself.

It would be more interesting if you talked about health of over 40s as i dont imagine much health problems with ''normal'' 20 year olds going on. It would be great if you interviewed healthy and sportive over 40s people as we have a few that go without recognition. All this while we moan about obesity.
