Sara Grech moves HQ to Msida Emporium
Sara Grech says the company required a more efficient headquarters.
Sara Grech Limited, the real estate group, has moved its headquarters to Msida’s The Emporium.
The move accommodates recent growth within the organisation, including the refurbishment of the company’s lounges in Sliema, Fgura and St Paul’s Bay. Sara Grech Limited is preparing to launch two new lounges in Attard and at Portomaso.
Lounges are designed to offer clients more privacy and a highly professional and welcoming environment with exclusive privileges.
“There was a clear need for a more efficient headquarters and lounges to meet the needs of our clients, as well as to improve the working conditions for our staff,” company chairwoman Sara Grech explained.
“We look forward to starting the new year in a new working environment and will welcome our clients and contacts to our refurbished offices very soon. All our lounges, including the new exclusive shops, are all strategically positioned for our clients to access. We have changed our business model and are pioneering a new way of working within the real estate industry.”
Ms Grech explained the company’s market concept was designed to enable teams to communicate effectively. Business hours have been extended from 9am to 8pm daily and from 9am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday for added customer convenience.
