Konnekt first to offer multi-site job posting feature

Konnekt, the psychology-oriented recruitment agency, has come up with more innovation the market by offering a new service for job opportunity advertising.

The service will give companies an audience of more than 25,000 unique visitors per month, bringing together Malta’s largest three job sites.

Through the Konnekt website, clients may advertise vacancies directly at konnekt.com, timesofmalta.com and jobigloo.com for a fixed fee.

Multi-site posting is an advertising service that will put candidates directly in touch with companies. Companies can receive CVs either through the Careerpassport platform, e-mail or website link.

“Given our strong emphasis on delivering solutions to clients, we figured that a service which gives clients the facility to post to multiple job boards with one click would be, beneficial for both our clients and our candidates,” Konnekt managing director Josef Said commented.

Mr Said added this was not a scheme for the company to attract more CVs to its database. The CVs of candidates applying directly for client jobs are only available to the client advertising the vacancy.

Konnekt’s commitment to respecting the confidentiality of both client and candidate remain a top priority in the company’s business model.

Through the powerful Careerpassport platform, clients will be able to receive candidate CVs straight from multiple sources into one centralised free account, significantly reducing the time taken to organise CVs derived from multiple sources.
