The Manoel Theatre’s Toi Toi Education Programme, which focuses on delivering an interactive musical experience to children of all ages and their parents, is set to continue building on its success as the theatre has just finalised a agreement for long-term support with Bank of Valletta.

Managed by Rosetta Debattista, the programme is now in its second season and recently introduced a new branch, Cosmi Toi Toi 628, designed for children aged six to eight.

This is in addition to the already well-established events that are held for babies to two- year-olds and for three to five-year-olds. The programme includes Toi Toi Bonanzas, which feature visiting artists, pre-show talks and the theatre’s youth section.

Manoel Theatre CEO Ray Attard explained that one of the theatre’s priorities was to educate and expand the audiences.

“What better way is there to do this than to introduce children from as young an age as possible to the joys of live music and performance?”

BoV has agreed to support the programme for the next three seasons.
