Funeral held for four migrants who died at sea
Four migrants who perished at sea in August were buried at the Addolorata Cemetery today in the presence of some members of their families and other migrants.
A total of six migrants died as 75 African migrants, mostly Nigerians, spent seven days at sea under the blazing sun before being spotted by a merchant ship.
Two of the migrants were carried away by the sea, two died in the dinghy and two died while being rescued.
Among the four dead who were brought to Malta and buried today was 14-year-old boy.

Wonder of wonders, it is a miracle, at last the grave diggers had learned how to lower the dead, in dignity.
I hope that this was not done because of the presence of foreigners.
May the Almighty receive those poor souls.

It is sad when young people come to a sticky end as in this case. It is sad too that they decided to turn their backs on their country, by all accounts a rich country, if mismanaged.
