Zammit & Associates – Advocates has rebranded to CSB Advocates to consolidate its brand identity with that of the CSB Group, an associated group of companies. The rebranding coincides with CSB Group’s 25th anniversary.

CSB Group this year established a presence in London and Brazil

The law firm was founded in 2006 and has been active in several areas including corporate law, finance transactions, financial services regulation, trusts and estate planning, tax, shipping, yachting and aviation, and i-gaming.

Last May, the firm was accepted as the Maltese member firm of LNI Oasis, a worldwide network of full-service law firms, which gave it access to a network of some of the world’s top legal professionals.

The membership creates opportunities to attract additional business opportunities to Malta as a financial centre.

The firm is also an active member in two other specialised international legal networks focusing on employment law and gaming law – the Employment Law Alliance and the International Masters of Gaming Law.

“This move reflects a milestone in the firm’s evolution, and has been devised within the collective strategy of offering a spectrum of complementary legal and commercial services to our predominantly international client base,” said managing and founding partner Andrew Zammit.

CSB Group chief executive Michael Zammit explained that this development was also a customer-centric exercise, aimed at enhancing client perception of CSB Advocates and CSB Group’s seamless connection.

In this way, the firms aim to showcase efforts aimed at providing better communication between business units, efficiency of implementation of structures and accurate co-ordination of transactions.

“The collective focus remains on delivering high quality turnkey solutions through our growing team of professionals and to attract more business, particularly in the financial services, e-commerce and technology, yachting and aviation sectors to our shores,” Mr Zammit said.
