As a Maltese citizen, I feel insulted when I see all this happening now. I feel this way because there are so many streets and roads which were left to rot and now all of a sudden we shall work on it, incessantly. It is good that at least this will be done but not this way. This should be done continuously throughout the whole term.
No, it is not the way to govern.

Anyone with any sense will see this as electioneering and will dismiss it as such, those with no sense with vote for the party concerned based on electioneering.
€9.5 million won't mend much will it! Maybe it'll botch 1,095 potholes. On a footnote: stop mending potholes by throwing asphalt in it and driving a lorry over it, instead do it properly!

Hi Mr Smith,
I agree with you, that Things are only done in Malta when the election is near. I agree with you 9.5 million euros are not enough to repair all the bad roads in Malta. One would probably need at least between 80 to 100 million euros to repair all roads in Malta and Gozo. It is nice to have new roads built but also existing roads to be repaired and maintained. Joe P

According to the labour party we were in election mode every year for the last 4 & a half years...
thus, it means that the PN has delivered for the past four years according to the arguments below..

Dear Dr Gatt: Just do the maintenance and leave the projects on the board please. Your way of doing things is destroying the few trees left on my way to work. Thanks just the same.

A wall belonging to the Government in a residential area, 20 feet by 4 feet was dangerous and about to collaps. It was reported to the local council who in turn reported it twice to the Gozo Ministry. It took up to now over a month, just to dismantle it. Wonder what the cost will be when (if ever) it is rebuilt.
And now comes Minister Bendi and wants us to believe him.

Is an election on the way? Of course but good even for the raid works sake alone. On such roads as today my Bavarian beauty suffers too much. Thanks gov but its your duty to do such works.
