Six-time European Top Fuel bike champion Ian King (picture) and Super Street racers Thomas Granica and Garry Bowe are among the list of participants for the Malta Drag Racing Association (MDRA) season-ending meeting at the Ħal-Far Raceway between November 23 and 25. The racing series, to double as a tribute to 2012 European Top Methanol champion dragster Mr Whippy, will also have two Top Fuel dragsters in the line-up, those of Duncan Micallef and Jari Halinen, the current European Championship runner-up. Ħal-Far will be the only circuit in Europe to host top fuel drag-racing next month and the organisers are expecting more high-profile teams to register for the series.
