Muscat meets EU Commission President, Tunisian President, Algerian PM

Opposition leader Joseph Muscat this morning had separate meetings with EU Commission President Jose' Manuel Barroso, Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki and Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal.

The talks with Mr Barroso focused on EU-Malta affairs while the meeting with the Tunisian President focussed on bilateral cooperation in areas such as education and tourism.

Regional cooperation was also the focus of the talks with the Algerian prime minister, as well as avenues of collaboration at state and private sector levels.

Those present for the meetings included Louis Grech, head of the Labour delegation to the European Parliament,  Noel Farrugia, spokesman for overseas development aid, and Alex Sceberras Trigona, the PL's international secretary.

Surely not! Also, he probably didn't mention the WISE advise he gave Iceland! And what about the One TV programmes he produced, 'Made in Brussels'? I HOPE he gave him a translated copy of the series. But then, what better can you expect from PL?
