What do you expect that this 40 year old man should be send to jail for slightly injuring a foreign national for pestering him these CABS officials as they are called have no reason to monitor what is going on in Malta any way and should bugger off where they come from. Good on you mate you are a hero Maltese who stood your ground not like all these weasels that crawl to foreigners

Conditionally discharged? What is it with our judiciary, handing out such certain sentences for such crimes?

Three cheers for our legal system. And then we wonder why all these 'gentlemen' don't give a hoot about doing anything illegal.

Conditionally discharged.. is this the wild west? you break some ones nose and get fined 60 euros, you punch someone and get conditional discharge. These aggressive persons should be taught a lesson. no conditional discharges put them in jail.

and grow a plant that is not causing injuries to others - 10 years and losing the right to see your child growing up.
Yeah... justice.. laughable.

Do you think that breaking someones nose is a slight injury? I don't think so. Nonetheless if you do not really know what happened, just stop blaming....
