The online report No Invasion Of Privacy In Drone Flights (October 1) does not mean that CABS had permission to fly the drone in question.

This was confirmed by the Prime Minister himself in Parliament, at the time.

Furthermore, the footage seen by the Commissioner of Data Protection may not be the entire footage shot by the drone.

On the same subject, in the Gozo law court, a CABS local representative and CABS were found guilty on two counts following a report filed by the undersigned last April. The police prosecuted and, on one count, CABS were found guilty of invasion of private property.
