Filming from a drone did not necessarily amount to an invasion of privacy unless it led to the direct or indirect identification of a person, Justice Minister Chris Said has told Parliament.

Answering a question by Nationalist MP Robert Arrigo, he said the case of filming by a drone communicated to the Office of the Commissioner for the Protection of Data had not resulted in any such identification.
