Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have reportedly got back together.

Rob can see how truly sorry Kristen is and has totally forgiven her- The Sun

The Twilight co-stars split in June after Stewart admitted to an affair with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, but it seems they have now patched things up after Pattinson decided the actress had just made “a really stupid mistake”.

A source told The Sun: “They pretty much decided they couldn’t live without each other. Kristen poured her heart out to Robert and told him it was a one-off and a mistake.”

R-Patz, as Pattinson is called, was thought to have walked out of the couple’s LA home after photographs showing Stewart looking intimate with Sanders emerged earlier this summer, but the pair are now apparently living together again.

The insider continued: “Rob sees it as Kristen made a really stupid mistake. After a lot of long tearful talks, they’ve worked it out. Rob can see how truly sorry Kristen is and has totally forgiven her. They really do love each other.”

Pattinson, 26, and Stewart, 22, have both kept a low profile in the wake of the affair scandal, and both have dodged questions about the state of their relationship.

However, last week the actress hinted that their romance might be back on track.

Speaking at the Toronto International Film Festival, Kristen said: “We’re going to be fine. We’re totally fine.”

Stewart publicly apologised to R-Patz when the affair became public, saying in a statement that her “momentary indiscretion has jeopardised the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob”.

She continued: “I’m deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I’ve caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry.”
