Police are investigating the death of a 30-year-old man who died of “cardio-respiratory failure” in his Paola home on Friday night.
In a statement yesterday, police said they were alerted that a man who lived in Corradino Street needed medical assistance.
An ambulance was sent to his house and took the man to hospital where he died soon after.
An autopsy carried out yesterday only yielded preliminary results and showed that the man died from cardio-respiratory failure.
Further tests are being carried out.
