Leadership training courses

A number of courses on leadership training and group dynamics organised by Malta University Consulting Ltd are to commence in October and will take place at the University Residence, Lija.

Leadership Training is a comprehensive training course ideal if you would like to be trained or be able to train your staff on leadership.

The ability to lead, and the traits and behaviours associated with leadership are the central focus of this training content. The course on the Group Dynamics will train participants on the key aspects of groups and it is also ideal if one wants to train staff or clients on group dynamics.
