UN Forum in Maltese
We Love Our Differences, the theme of a UN Habitat Forum meeting held in Naples last week, was written at the entrance of the event’s forum in 20 different languages, including Maltese, the government said.
Malta was represented by its Ambassador and Permanent Delegate to Unesco, Raymond Bondin, who delivered speeches on cultural heritage and development in two parallel sessions.
The forum brought together about 6,000 experts that met in parallel forums and sessions.

This is good news.
But were the speeches delivered in Maltese or not?
And for those who will write in and query about such a need, may I anticipate them and ask: why not?
